Hello,
I have a new J&J Color Splash RGBW LED bulb, and I was hoping to verify if it's 100% working. Before sealing up my light fixture with the new gasket, I figured I'd make sure the new bulb is working properly first. So with my open fixture on the pool deck I screwed in the bulb and turned it on after dark so I could check it out. As it cycled through a bunch of colors, everything appeared to look good and it was pretty bright. However, it looked like the very center was not lit up with any LEDs, on any color. It wasn't a large area, but it still looked like there were no LEDs lit up in the center.
I'm just wondering if this is normal by design, or if I have a bulb with a 'dark area' where there should be LEDs lit up. Would anyone here happen to know?
Thank you,
Greg
