We signed the contract in February and our turn has finally arrived September 17. It was a little longer than expected but worth the wait.

Thursday
Started digging about 9am at noon we had a finished hole. Gravel was placed and graded

Started filing.....
They worked on the plumbing and electrical the next 4 days. Then landscaper came in to install a wall around the back side of the pool. Back fill was rough graded Friday afternoon. Temps in the high 70's. Placed some indoor/outdoor carpets around the edges good to go....

Set the forms on Monday and Tuesday rain possible the next two. Concrete on Friday.

While the pool was unusable, I started on the stairs to the pool deck.

The landscapers should be here this week to finish the grading and planting. The fence after that. The only thing we're waiting on is the auto cover, after that we can close it. Cant wait for that to get here, I have nieghbers with trees.
All in all, it was a 3 week preject plus another week or so for the landscaping. We got to use it about five days this year.

Very nice project, and can appreciate how quick it was to get it all pulled together, and then not really be able to use it all that much till the spring. I'm right down the road from you in Lockport, and it took just about four weeks from beginning to "almost end", we still have a few punch list items to work through, but nothing major. We did crank up the heater on ours to make sure everything worked, and got a good run down our slide while the water was warm, but the temps outside were not.

The auto cover for us is also one of the biggest hold ups for closing. The cover is in, it is just not powered up yet, waiting for the electrician to make it back out. That is my biggest complaint yet, its the constant battling the leaves that just blow around, and right into the pool this time of year.

Really turned out nice!

After 6 weeks the landscaping is done.

Drive in the front yard is gone....Now it's all grass again.

Granite table top is in place on the deck. We put a bench and table on the step between the 2 levels of the deck

Only a couple items to finish, fence and skirting the deck.
