Issues with getting our hot tub right

Tested with Taylor K-1005 9 way unit

Free Chlorine - 0
TA - 220
CH - 10
PH - 8.2

380 gallon masterspa.

Where should I start? I believe I should bring down my PH and TA together first? But not sure which is the best place to begin.

Your priority should be on sanitation with dichlor to get chlorine and stabilizer in the water.

Then you can work on balancing the water keeping pH in the 7s.
