Issues getting clear!

I opened on Monday to terrible green swamp water and some staining on my step. I’ve been running non stop since then. Added tons of shock, brushed, and cleaned filters. Took readings today and got this:
FC - 6
CC - 0
TA - 30
PH - ?? Yellow way below the 7.0 that my Taylor kit shows
CYA - 30
CH - 250

I have no clue what to do now. Will low ph cause cloudy water? I can still see visible algae and not sure why I have a chlorine level when I haven’t added in over 24 hours. I’ll start working on ph but any idea on why algae isn’t going away and I have a colorine level? Pics from tonight and some of the staining that’s not brushing away.

Aerate and fix that ph first. How is your water being tested? Have you read up on the SLAM procedure in Pool School?

Taylor test kit. Yes been doing BBB method for years. This is the first year Ive had issues getting it clear.

i would be adding around 100oz of soda ash as your ta and ph are both low
your slam level for 30cya is 12 fc, so you need some more chlorine
and need to maintain it at 12, testing and adjusting as often as you can
