Is this white water mold?

Hoping to confirm via image before going through all the work on elimination. New intex 9x18 vinyl pool with sand filter. Less than a month since it was filled and thought my chemicals have been balanced. Have been checking via taylor kit though will confirm today at the pool store.

No concerns during the day. Pool water has been clear all along. I can skim this in the AM and see no additional blooms before going to bed. Looks like it's coming from the filter which runs overnight for 12 hours.

Skip the pool store and trust your testing. Test Kits Compared.

That doesn't look like mold; looks like maybe part of the pool or pool filter.
I'd open up the filter and see what's going on in there.
