Is this bleach acceptable for pool use?

Looks good to me. "Other ingredients" is almost always just water and a tiny bit of lye, and since this isn't made for laundry it shouldn't have any polymers or scent. I think it will work.

I don't see any of the typical "red flags" we look for in bleach like splashless, scented, or fabric additives. All bleaches have that 90% or more inert ingredients, so it's a manufacture thing. I suspect it's okay unless someone from your area specifically had a bad experience with that brand.
