Is the Aqua Rite AQR940 worth the price difference?

I was quoted $2130 plus labor of about $400 to replace my existing Aqua Rite panel and salt cell with the Aqua Rite AQR940. (Over $2500 total, and that's for a replacement not a new install.) Compared to an AQR15 at about $1800 plus about $400 labor, a savings of $300. What would I get for the $300 difference? Just a cell with a 1-year longer warranty? Is the panel different on the AQR940 or is the panel exactly the same on both models? (Summer 2022 for reference.)

Yup.

And additional cell chlorine capacity if the cell lasts long enough.

Exactly the same panel.
