Hi - My chlorine is at a 13 now and I want to do the full battery of tests. I know that doing PH over 10 affects the results. Are all the other tests ok to do like CYA, Salt, Alk?

Yes ok at that FC level.
At FC of 13 if you read the color quickly on the pH test you can get a good reading. If it looks purple and very high then beware.

Ok thanks. Yeah my usual PH is almost always around 7.5. Its very dark and way above the 8.2 so I'll wait until it drifts down before testing the PH but will test the stuff

The TA test can be affected at higher TA levels, making the indicator colours look differently. But this can be easily fixed with an extra one or two drops of R-0007.
But shouldn't be a problem at FC 13. And you'd notice the difference.
