Is pH missing in the FC/CYA chart?

Friends,
I am curious as to why the pH value is missing in the free chlorine - cyanuric acid chart.
Does it not have an effect? Or is the effect negligible.

PH can be affected when the FC is over 10 ppm, but that not a part of normal water chemistry on a day to day basis. Usually that only happens during a SLAM Process. The main focus of the FC/CYA Levels is to ensure proper water sanitation and help to prevent algae.

I think he’s wondering if the pH level plays a part in what level FC the user should be at? Like if pH plays a part in how strong chlorine is??
