Has anyone bought a cleaner from them lately? I know I’ve seen posts about them being the go-to for cleaners, but my sister-in-law called them today to buy one and she was told she has to contact a dealer. Any ideas?

Never mind... she called Maytronics directly, not Marina.
Lol! Sorry! She must have called the wrong number, she's been researching a lot and got confused. I did email Marina a few days ago about a replacement cable for my Triton and they never responded, so I was starting to think maybe they were going out of business or something.
I think I am going to have to try and calling in. Sent an email a few weeks back no response. Followed up with an email checking to see if they got it, no response. So maybe their web side of things is a lot slower or lost in the shuffle.
I am ready to buy for my new pool but I guess phone is the route.
