Considering options after my solar cover started to lose bubbles after two seasons. Does "Limited Manufacturer Coverage" actually works or it just another bait?
Limited means they will find a reason to deny the warranty. You have to pay the freight to ship the cover back to them. Next they determine if the damage is due to exposure of sun while the cover is removed from the pool (improper storage). How can you prove you stored it correctly at all times. Also how will you prove the water is balanced at all times if you are doing your own testing? I would not depend on the warranty.
Hey Psi !!! FWIW my cover was from them and I was really happy with the quality. I was expecting pure junk from the price point. The 5 seasons I got, even with a reel, seems to be unheard of here.
+1 with Homebrew on pretty much any warranty. most have so many loopholes that they aren’t worth the paper they are printed on.
