Is it normal for liner to get pulled out after installation?

I had a Latham dealer install a new liner two days ago, and today, after the water finally reached the mark they left, I noticed that the liner got out in two spots. One in the deep end and one in the shallow end. Is this normal and can be fixed without draining all the water? When I signed a contract with them, the sales guy told me to be very carefull not to turn off the vacuum and the water until the water reaches the mark they were going to leave. He said that otherwise, the liner gets pulled out by the water, and then it is not going to be their responsobility to fix it. So I was very carefull about it, but the liner still got pulled out. The installation guy is going to come again in a few days to cut the openings for the skimmer and the jets, but I hope he is not going to blame me because I did everything as he instructed me. I also see that he didn't install the liner lock all around the pool. Just a couple of feet in a few spots. The sales guy did mention that they couldn't guarantee they would be able to fit it in. So maybe that is why. Please advise what I should do in this situation?

Its fine. It can be pushed / massaged back into place. Whether the liner shifted or was thrown off by the curve there, liner lock will keep it in place.

See the bottom section of this link for how the liner sits in the track and what liner lock does.

It is just like Dude said-it can be fix with some muscle and someone in the pool. Betting it will be a bit chilly in the water but it has to be done!

Let them know asap with the pic. Tell them you want liner lock all the way around the pool.

That looks very minimal & an easy fix. I bet it takes the guy 5 minutes to fix both spots. As said above, tell them you want liner lock all the way around not just in the affected areas.
Hopefully the water & liner will have warmed up a little by the time he comes making it an even easier job.
