Is InTheSwim legit? They won't ship my pool pump

Last weekend I ordered a new pool pump, as mine failed shortly after opening my pool for the season. I check their site as to how long standard delivery is, and it says 2-4 days here - Track Order | In The Swim. Okay, that's fine. I order. Of course I expect they may not work on the weekend, so I should have it by Thursday. On Tuesday I notice they haven't even sent the item yet. I go to check the status and see "Shipping may be delayed 2-3 days due to high demand." Okay, that should have been something that was stated before I placed the order, but tomorrow will be the third business day so I'll wait I guess. Near the end of Wednesday, still no shipment. I contact customer support and they can provide no status as to the shipment time, why it is taking this long, or help expediting the process. Now it's day 5 and still nothing. I've never used InTheSwim before, but they looked like a reputable place. Am I getting scammed? Do I need to just try to get my money back and order from somewhere else? Really not trying to have to re-shock my pool because I've ordered from a bad dealer.

They are legit but, like most pool suppliers, they are overwhelmed with demand and short on supply. The massive demand for pool building, the great TX freeze this winter, and COVID has all but destroyed inventories of pool equipment. Most online dealers can’t get products from the manufacturers for weeks. You’d be better off canceling the order and trying to find something locally. It’s not In The Swim, the entire industry is slammed right now.

Hey Crepes !! They are as legit as it comes and have been a longtime discount supplier. The products aren’t all the highest quality when the price is amazing for comparable/generic stuff, but the prices on a lot of their items are great. For the name brand items they are usually on target with MSRP everywhere else and sometimes even a few bucks less

They actually hooked me up with my SWG controller recently when others failed seen here

A third for them being legit, I've bought a pump, filter, and some chemicals from them in the past. Chalk this one up to the supply chain being in shambles at this point but they are legit.
