So after resetting the Jandy and adding the VS pump for spa, issue seems to be gone. For whatever reason, my system had an issue last Friday where the iPhone but not PC could not access the iAqualink and it was corrected by reset of Jandy power center. And that created issue where pool pump was starting off offline and chlorinators at 0%, and that too was corrected by second reset.
Having said that, I am going to fix the wiring of my system today so (1) pool and spa pumps keep power even when switched off and (2) will move iAqualink 1.0 box much closer to the Jandy panel so its not subject to the 100 foot RS-485 run. None of this can hurt. Also going to remove my Altelis box as its never used anymore - one less RS-485 client cant be a bad thing.
