Ionizer and UV lamp setup on return line

So no one uses algaecide which is adding copper and metals to the pools…I think it’s clear a lot of people don’t understand how any of this works responding. Most algaecide are copper sulfate.

And then, I am still using stabilizer and chlorine tabs / granules for chlorinating my pool. So it’s a chlorine based pool, that hasn’t changed. Commercial pools, city water treatment plants, etc all use these technologies you guys are ridiculous.

And the rain, tree seeds, leaves, in a rural neighborhood and high bather load eat up my chlorine so it needed constant monitoring and maintenance spending more time maintaining the water then enjoying it.

It works, pool is in way better shape, less effort to maintain, water is crystal clear and safe…no real opinions or facts shared just a bunch of trolls responding. So now I know not to waste my time asking for anything here unless it’s chlorine related.

Maybe Facebook has a group you can join where you will find people more aligned to your philosophy where you can get great advice like using a Magic Eraser in your skimmer.
