Hello guys,This is my second season and I would like to give a go to my brand new (Actually it has been laying in its box for over a year now ) Intex SWG, model ECO 7220.

I’ve read many threads in this section and I know it is highly recommended removing the copper electrode from the unit . . .
Problem is I’m not sure which one is the One.

As you can see from the above picture there are basically three plugs,
the middle one is the flow sensor, among the two positioned on the sides
there should be the copper stuff …which one should I work with ?

Left hand side :

Right hand side :

There are three plates and the middle one looks copper to me
or at least it has a very similar color …

Assuming this is the copper electrode am I ok by just unplugging it ?

:p cool !!!
What is the second electrode for ?

One more question : Manual says that the unit produces 5gr/h of chlorine ... assuming my pool is 1.000 liters
can I say that the unit will add roughly 5ppm of chlorine per hour to my pool ?
Am I correct ?

The smaller electrode is Intex's E.C.O. system that replaced their use of copper several years back. I'm not sure what, if anything, it really does but it doesn't appear to have any negative effects.

5 ppm in your example is correct.
