Do you run the pump cycles with the air flow cap on or off? In the pic the black cap is off, not really sure why it came with a cap if its not needed.
Other question..... Having trouble vaccuming with a hayward "wanda the whale". I read the directions and nothing is helping. Since I have two outlets to the pump should one be capped off when vaccuming? Im not getting good suction.
