I got an Intex QS400 SWCG. I bought it second hand, but it was fully sealed and brand new. So, no warranty. 
After connecting everything (and adding salt into the pool), when I turned it on, only red dot was showing on the display. After cycling power a couple of times, I now have flashing "00" on the display. The manual says that I should now be able to program the run time by pressing the timer button. But buttons do not respond. I cannot even turn it off with the power button. I tried holding the Lock/Unlock button to ensure the keys aren't locked. Nothing.
I can only turn it off by unplugging it. When I plug it back it (and do Test/Reset), the same 00 is flashing with the same situation: no response from any buttons.
Does anyone have a recommendation on what to try?
