Intex Prism Pool without pins?

Hi!
I just opened our Intex Prism Pool and we were assembling the top rail to visualize where to put the pavers. There are holes in the connecting tubes, but the instructions do not mention putting anything there to fasten them. I'm wondering how the pool will stay together without any kind of pin in the connecting pieces? Has anyone experienced this? Thanks in advance...

Thank you! The thing is, there is no hole on the T-joint to line up with the holes on the horizontal beams or the vertical legs... I feel like I'm missing something. I will attach pictures from the instruction manual..

Hi Kelly,
Thank you for your reply! I looked over the parts list and it does not reference the pins. I seem to have all of the parts required. One set of instructions that came in the box references spring pins, and the other does not (there was a main manual and then also a separate few pages of other instructions). I finally found a video on YouTube by intex where I see a pool with the same beams and T-joints as mine. I think the issue is the pool is the summer 2020 model. It doesn't seem to use the pins. Maybe because it's newer I can't find any videos on YouTube of people assembling it...?
Thank you for your help!

Welp, they changed things up! I just looked at the new prism frame pools on the intex website and in the description is says: Innovative T-joint – simplified with no pins required. I found this simple video that really doesn't show compete set up, but does show the new t joints
I will say, what a nice improvement bc those pins are a pain!! Congrats on your new pool and enjoy your summer!

Yes! This is the video I found as well. I realized I had the newer model without pins. Hope it works!
