intex pool support tube popped out!

We have a ~14000 gallon intex pool, the kind that uses those U shaped tubes to support the sides. We put 7000 gallons in it and all was well. Upon filling it up the rest of the way, one of the ends of a corner U tube popped out, see pic. It’s been 1 day and the fabric where the horizontal tube goes through is starting to rip. We paid $700 for all this water, so draining and starting over isn’t really an option. How am I supposed to fix it or lift up the cross tube to put the U tube back in? Help!
What if we did nothing? Catastrophic pool failure? ☹️

How high in filling did the walls straighten out ? If you can transfer that much water into something, maybe you'll have enough play in the toprail to be able to force it the rest if the way.

Is it just me, or is that left upper end higher than its counterpart on the right? I mean I Know it's out of the top rail, but it sure seems a bit higher. Or is the assumption that once placed back into the top rail, the downward force of the top rail itself will help hold it lower and even with the other end?

don’t understand how it happened, but it did, oddly…
The water weight pushed down on the right side with nothing under it, and because of the U, pushing down on the right side pushed the left side up and out of the frame.

Notice the stones underneath are way off center. The 2 halfs of the U did not resist equally.

I believe a possible fix is to jack the right leg to lower the left one. It is not without risk so do so at your own.

Oh,right. Without water, we lined up the pavers as best as we could. It probably shifted over as it filled. I’m gonna try jacking up the right side with a floor jack with a paver on it.
A little back story, the flattest area in our yard is the area right on top of the septic tank, to leech field, but it is lower on the ends that we have to build up with the blocks for the support tubes vs the tubes going right onto pavers on the ground. It’s been 4 years, so we had to drain it this past winter.

That will only level the tops. Theoretically the left side needs to come up further than it belongs in order to lower the left side enough to fit back into the rail.

This is where the risk comes into play. You could ruin the leg or top rail, likely causing catastrophic failure right then and there.

I started to jack the right side, with a heavy floor jack, but the whole tube was shifting left on the stone and not helping the left tube. It was a little scary since anything could happen! 🫣
I considered just letting it go and hope for the best, but maybe if I tried to put a screw jack on another block with a 1” pipe going into the hole the tube was supposed to go into, the jack will take the weight?

That's a thought. Lift the top rail from the hole where it's supposed to take a good deal of weight like you said. Then once high enough, prop it with cinderblocks and shims to get the jack out, then use the jack to slowly lower it back onto the leg.

Recenter the ground support while you're at it.
