Intex Easy Set 18x48 pool not compatible with Filter

I recently purchased an Intex Easy set 18’ pool that came with a Krystal Clear 1500 GPH with one input and two output hoses. The issue is the pool has only 2 holes (both of which are 1.5”). After racking my brain for hours and watching countless YouTube videos, I came to the conclusion that my pool model (per Amazon is an older model) was updated over the years, however they packaged the filter to go with the new and improved design. The 15 ft Easy set hole pattern resemble my layout.

So I ordered the 1000 GPH smaller model, which now had the appropriate amount of hoses, however they are 1.25” diameter instead of 1.5”.

I attached a few screenshots to help explain my dilemma.

I am not sure if the filter I need exists in stock or if I need to convert my pool and/or filter? I would really prefer a stock option. Please advise.

Hi, welcome to TFP! You can try a replacement 1.5" hose to replace the double outlet hose for the filter. You can determine if you need the screw on fitting Amazon.com : Accessory Hose for Intex and Soft Sided Pools - 1.5 x 59 Inch : Above Ground Swimming Pools : Garden & Outdoor

Thanks for the reply! Fortunately I have the larger diameter hose, it just T’s off into two smaller hoses. I ordered the attached item & I am hopeful that it will allow me to attach the filter properly.
