I have a 4-5 year old Intex portable hot tub that Intex has apparently discontinued, and no longer sells parts for it. So, of course, the impeller for the water filtration pump has cracked its ceramic casing. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this problem? I don't have the money for a new one.

Can you post a picture of it and especially the fittings. I'm thinking that you may be able to replace the entire pump with something else.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I took "I don't have the money for a new one. " to mean that they didn't have money for a new hot tub. Since they don't sell parts for that one anymore they'd have to buy a whole new spa.
Also with a picture of the casing, I might suggest patching it with JB-Weld or something like that, once I see what the damage is.
