Bought brand new 2 years ago. Used for 2 weeks then a family crisis happened. It was not winterized and both black flanges ripped from the ice. We did not open last year. I was told need new liner but would really like to rig up for this summer. Please help. Any ideas how to proceed? How can I repair inlet sites? Withii I it buying a new liner ?

Sorry, I wouldn’t feel safe with that liner, with rips in two places. I would replace liner.
You may try JB Weld, but Idk since it's below the water line. I ripped mine where the pole goes in at the top & the JBW held up pretty well. I'd be very cautious with rips that large though.
