Hi All,

Is there any issue with having support legs on the same packed road base the pool is on? So instead of just 12X24 road base, doing a 14X26 road base to cover the additional area added with the support legs. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

The legs absolutely need to be on pressure treated wood or 4” thick concrete block (They will crack 2” thick pavers) There’s certainly no problem putting those supports on (or really, imbedded in) the road base, but you can’t put the legs directly on the road base. They will sink in and you will need to drain the pool. The legs on the rectangular pools support an incredible amount of weight.
