Intex 12” or 14” sand pump for 12’ pool?

Hi all, ordered the 14” but thinking May be overkill for the 13 foot by 30 inch pool.

I do want to eventually upgrade to a 14’ or 15x 42!inch model pool though in next year or 2.

Which filter would you all pick?? I went with 14” because cheaper! Lol

The biggest filter you can afford.. if you can buy a 30 inch sand filter it is WAY better than any Intex... It will last longer and clean better... If staying with Intex get the biggest one you can find
