Intermatic T104m issue after power surge

I replaced my intermatic t104m a couple of years ago due to the timer notch wearing out. A couple of days ago we had power surge here and the timer stopped working.
I checked power and it’s ok. But timer doesn’t seem to be working. So in my wisdom I got my old intermatic that had a worn notch and replaced the timer from that one to the current one. I’m still getting no clock movement on the timer. Is there anything else I could have overlooked?
Thanks.
