Intermatic PE153 timer - no display

Hey All - turned power off to the timer to service filters. Switched power back on and no display on the timer. I’ve traced power to the unit, that appears to be fine. FYI, there’s an in-line kill switch before the timer. That’s how I turn off/on power to the timer when necessary.

Any additional troubleshooting you can think of to perform? Maybe it’s just dead? Thanks in advance for any help!

If you say there is the right voltage to terminals 1 & 2 then it is likely dead. I don't see any way to kick start it.
