Intelliflo 2 VS / VST noise at stop and start

Hi all,

My Intelliflo 2 VST pump has a "whining" noise when starting and stopping the pump. It doesn't make any unusual noises while running (or changing speeds while running). Here is a short video of the pump being turned off and then back on.

For those who have the Intelliflo 2 VS / VST pumps, do you have this sound? Any idea what causes it? My pump is still under warranty, so can probably have Pentair address the issue, if there is one.

Yeah, my VSF 011056 pump makes the same whine. I think that is just what they do.
