Intellichlor

I have an Intellitouch and when I started the system this year I noticed that the Intellichlor on the cell/unit stays at 3 lights on no matter what setting Ihave set in automation.

Also when in service mode no lights on with the cell

I can;t recall if both these things are normal.

I am not sure my cell is producing right now even though all lights are green solid

Peter,

The cell should NOT have any light in the Service mode.. It should only have light when in the Pool mode or Spa mode.

The cell's sanitizer light should match the setting in the automation.. Unless there is no communication between the cell and the automation.

Check to see if you can adjust the cell's output by using the up or dn buttons on the celll.

Does the cell report the salt level to the automation??

Do you have anything else that uses the RS-485 com port other than the cell?? Do you have VS pump?

Jim, thank you. I did not have a salt level reading. Found that my com pot connection was poor. All working fine now.
