Hey there.. what did you end up doing? I just redid my pool and the company added a bypass to the heater too. But I haven't reconnected my intellichem because I figured I would run into the same issue. I can see how connecting the output of the flow cell to the suction line would get the flow going and I doubt it would cause any appreciable change in the sample but would probably increase the flow through the flowcell. My other idea was to insert a check valve in the bypass line.
