I had this installed a few weeks ago since I travel weekly and will never use tabs again due to CYA. I know the limitations with ORP measurements, but it seems to be keeping me right at the PPM I want with the Delta UV system. Pentair recommends a 1:1 dilution for the acid tank and TFP recommends 1:2. I don't see anywhere in the documentation on whether I need to dilute the chlorine. I have 10% and 12.5% liquid and have been diluting it 1:1 as well which means the pump runs a lot. Do I need to dilute the liquid Cl, or can I use strait liquid bleach at those concentrations?

You don't need to dilute chlorine.
Diluting acid makes it safer and will cause less problems if the dosing goes haywire.
