We have a new Pentair VS pump with an Intellicenter2 Control center. How do we program two schedules to run with with different pump speeds and tImes? Do we set the Center2 on manual and program on the Pump screen? Then, reset the Center back to Auto to run it?

Create two features and assign them to the pump with the desired speed. Then create two schedules for these features.
Great.. Do we set the Center on manual to create the new features and connect to the pump? Then place the Center back to auto? Do we need to delegate the schedules we have manually place on the on the pump itself?
And when the pump is connected to IntelliCenter the pump schedules are dIsabled and not used. All schedules and pump speeds are controlled by IntelliCenter.
