We had the thermostat replaced on the heater and it seems to be working well, however I noticed the Intellicenter temp sensor is reading at least 10 degrees cooler than the temp reading on the heater panel. Do I need to replace the temp sensor?

Welcome to TFP.

A spa with two temperature sensors never is sure what the temperature is.

Use a kitchen food thermometer and measure the actual water temperature so we know which one is off.

Post pics of your equipment pad so we can see where your water temperature sensor is placed versus your heater.
