Intellicenter - New Pentair Home app problems

I switched over from Intellicenter app to the Pentair Home app. The problem I'm having is that the app keeps dropping my pool requiring me to log back in with the IP address.

The other problem is, I can't seem log in remotely. Again, my pool account/info is missing.

Tech support seems oblivious unhelpful.

Is anyone else
 
I upgraded also but haven’t had the problems you’re having. Sorry I can’t help much but did you follow the instructions and have you looked through their upgrade web page?

Yes, that's how I ended up downloading the Pe fair Home app.

Almost every time I close the app, I am required to put in the Intelicenter IP address. Very frustrating and tech support has been uninspiring.

I won't even get into neither their website or the Pentair app will accept my home address under my profile. Tech support has no answers.
 
Thete is no reason to enter your address. It is not mandatory. Enter the minimal amount of required information.
