I recently upgraded my system from an old Jandylink to the Intellicenter i10ps. I have been through a lot of learning as I have lurked here over the past few months and thanks to the many contributors on this forum, everything seems to be working well with my new system! I really appreciate the help you all bring to others.

I have been struggling with a problem that may be a programming issue, or it may be a software issue. Whenever I cycle the control power and the system reboots, some of the programming for my Groups will change and cause conflicts. Below are some screenshots and an explanation of what I am seeing.

After the power cycle, the Pool Circuit in all the groups has changed from the ON circuit state to OFF as shown below.

The Spa circuits do NOT change states after power cycle:

When I reselect the ON state for the Pool circuit, I am presented with a conflict message "Caution: This state conflicts with another circuit group. Please review other circuit groups. (Note: last circuit always wins.)":

After selecting ON for the rest of the circuits that had POOL turned OFF, the conflict goes away and everything operates normally again.

Several questions come out of this:
  1. Why are my settings being reset on a power cycle?
  2. Has anyone else ever encountered this?
  3. What is the other circuit that is conflicting (there is nothing to point me to which one it might be)?
  4. Why is there no conflict when they are all reselected to ON?
  5. What does the "IGNORE" selection do? I can find no documentation of this function?
I was looking to see if there was a new firmware out (I am running 1.047), but it appears it is still not updated.

I appreciate any guidance anyone may have. Thank you!

@jhs4
1. I have never had that happen to me so I'm not sure what is going on there.
2. By selecting "Ignore", it just means that the user can continue to include that particular Feature Circuit within that Circuit Group but ignore it temporarily from macro executions regarless of the On/Off selection.
3. Recommend that you immediately update your control system to firmware 1.064 as soon as possible as remote access to firmware version 1.047 or older will no longer be accessible after March 30, 2022.
You should just be able to perform an over the air update from your panel. Or, you can still update the old fashioned way using a thumb drive.
See the following links for additional information.

4. It's possible that the new firmware upgrade may fix your problem.
Thanks...

Thanks for the feedback! I updated to 1.064, everything went smoothly but unfortunately the condition still exists. I will experiment some more to see if there is some type of conflict with certain groups added in certain schedules. I'll keep you updated if I discover more.
