Intelli Touch - Aux Relay

Looking to control outdoor lighting with AUX4 physical relay which is unused in my Intelli Touch i9 control panel. The lighting circuit already runs through the panel, so it is just a matter of attaching it to the relay and programming under a button under my MobileTouch2 remote. The problem I am having after searching, reading manuals, investigating etc, I can not find how AUX4 gets associated in the control panel to a software function. I can find the "assign circuit name" and "assign circuit function" but together the software does not seem to activate the hardware. I have looked at the programming of my other features that similarly switch 120v and everything looks correct. I just do not see where you align it to a particular physical relay in the panel. Any help is appreciated.

I,

I assume that you do not have ScreenLogic... If so, if you look under your Menu, you need to select Setting.. and then scroll down and you should see several options to program different remotes.. I have an EasyTouch and it has an option for the iS4, 10 button panel, Quick Touch, etc...

Since I have little knowledge of remotes, let's see if we can get Tom to chime in... Calling @ogdento

Thanks,

Jim R.

Hi, you've got to assign the circuit name and then add it to your main screen...

I may be forgetting the exact menu selections, but go to Menu > Setup > Advanced > Assign circuit names and select Display 1, then add Aux4 to one of the button slots. Unless I'm forgetting a step, that should let you enable Aux4 when you press that button

Thanks for the replies.
Intellitouch with MobileTouch2 maps the 10 button positions logically/physically on the MobileTouch screen as:
Left Column of Buttons
Right Column of Buttons
Spa
Pool
Button = Aux 1 Position in PanelButton = Aux 5 Position in Panel
Button = Aux 2 Position in PanelButton = Aux 6 Position in Panel
Button = Aux 3 Position in PanelButton = Aux 7 Position in Panel
Button = Aux 4 Position in PanelButton = Aux 8 Position in Panel

It clicked when no matter what what function I placed under the position that I now know to be the AUX6 position in the panel, the AUX6 would light up on the panel when the button was on. I then mapped the existing buttons to my existing hardware that my PB never labeled to create the sequence. I just need to figure out how to rename it, which I have done before for my torches & spa blower; then wire up my security lights to the relay.

so, when you go to Menu > Setup > Advanced > Assign circuit names and select Display 1... if you press the button corresponding to the Aux 4 position, do you not see an arrow appear? you should be able to hit up/down (bottom right two buttons) to change the name that appears there.
