Initial Pool Fill chemical List / Sequestering?

Great. Costco does not carry plain bleach. Be ware of Fabric Protection, Cloromax, etc.
Any place that stores outside be ware in the summer. Also old stock. If older than 60 days, do not buy.

Lowes keeps theirs outside in the garden center under a metal roof, Ace Hardware keeps theirs on a shelf inside the store. Don't know how long they have been there though ...

We receive 30 days of free pool service, The pool service company will be out on Tuesday, system startup will also be Tuesday from the pool company. We are receiving their bronze level service. I replied back to the email with a few questions,

Q: Are the needed chemicals that the pool will require included or do I need to have some available?
A: No, we will provide all the chemicals needed for you.

This could be good; it is only one day a week for one month but if they add the needed chemicals (I will still be testing daily and following the NPC start up procedures) I can return some of the startup chemistry I purchased which would save me some money.

I checked the price of the Hasa Chlorine, the distributor in Stockton was wholesale only but they gave me a pool store that sold their product in Stockton. I went to the small store, 12.5% was $31.00 for a 4 pack. You also pay a $10.00 deposit for the bottles and container. The $10.00 fee is a onetime deposit fee.

Here are the details of the Pool Service:
