I have been battling yellow algae in my indoor 1400 gallon endless Pool for six weeks. I have used a phosphate remover and chlorine and a vacuum. It keeps recurring. So I am apparently not getting it all.
It is no trouble to drain the pool, but how do I avoid the algae being in the equipment, etc. when I refill?

You need to do the
SLAM Process
followed by the Mustard algae protocol (if it is indeed mustard algae).

You’ll need a proper test kit to accomplish this

Phosphates are really of no consequence unless they are extremely high and fc is kept too low.
