Indirect heat exchangers

I'm having a problem with my heater again, and I may have to think about a replacement. Has anyone had any experience with the indirect heat exchangers such as these from Raypak and what are your thoughts? Our boiler room is about five feet from the pool equipment so the plumbing job should be relatively easy if it makes sense for us to do it. Currently using a Raypak 406a (399K BTU).

I'm assuming that your boiler is nowhere near the rating of the pool heater. It will be very different / take a look at long time to try to heat a pool with a residential boiler.
