New to the forum, but not new to taking care of pools. I help my mil care for hers. Wife and I are researching putting in a pool and adding a covered patio. Getting bids atm, but there is this little knot in the back of my head that keeps saying “don’t do it!” This all started with wanting to add a lanai and possibly a fountain.
Question for the group: Those of you who have put in pools in the last 5 years, is there anything you regret? Anything you would have done differently?
