In-floor heads stuck up

Some of my in-floor heads are stuck in the up position. I can push them down pretty easily but it’s been happening more and more lately. It seems like there is just a little friction/stickiness preventing them from going down. Is there anything I can do to make them fall down more often?

Chances are there is either something stuck in them creating the extra friction or they are just wearing out.

What kind of warranty do you have on your Q360 infloor system? Some manufacturers warranty any moving parts for life to the original owner. No sure about the Q360 system though. A call to the pool builder or manufacturer may be prudent.
