In Floor cleaner fixed head direction?

I recently had a company come and look for leaks in my pool including the IFCS and so they removed the various heads and reinstalled them.

I have a bunch of rotating heads and 2 fixed heads (black dots) and after they're done it seems like leaves are all getting pushed to the top right corner of the pool (green square on the attached picture). I think that is b/c the fixed heads are facing the directions of the red arrows and effectively pushing all the debris that direction, but what should the orientation of the fixed heads be? Perhaps the blue arrow i added?

The zones are sequenced, but for the rotating heads are they supposed to all be aligned in some direction because i'm sure when they took them out and put them back in they changed the relative starting directions of them as well and i could imagine zone one blowing debris toward zone 2 only to have zone 2 position to be such that it blows in right back?

thanks!

The floor heads should be pushing the debris towards the floor suction.

The head sequence should be moving the debris from zone to zone to the suction to be captured.

@proavia will have more advice.

My IFCS doesn't have any fixed heads - so I am not up to speed on how yours should be pointed.
Maybe call the manufacturer and ask them. If they actually designed your system they can look up the plan and better advise.

I believe the fixed heads should point more toward the main drains instead of the pool wall.
It may take a bit of experimentation to get both of them pointed in the correct direction.
Have a look at the YT video in the link below. There are likely others on YT that can also help.

As for the rotating heads, you can adjust each zone to point however you wish. In the 25 years I've had mine, I have started with them pointing a particular direction and over the course of many months they aren't sequenced the same as last time I removed them all.

Just for the curious, Paramount came back and said (a) the rotating heads don't need to be synchronized in any way; (b) that the fixed heads should be pointed toward the drain with the lower one pointed a little bit to the left of the drain and the upper one pointed a little bit to the right of the drain.
