Important electrical question for SWCG hook up.

jmastron, I should have stated it differently. In my old panel, there never was a ground. The white neutral was connected to a cold water pipe and to the neutral bar in the meter/main. The receptacles in the home were 2 prong with out a ground. My new panel is wired like you said.

They sell green phase tape that you can use.
