Iintermatic pool timer stop moving when reaching the trippers

I have an Intermatic T40004RT3 timer that gets stuck when the dial reaches a tripper and doesn't move unless removing the tripper. I notice the trippers get bent sometimes, so I fix it with a plier but it still not working. This happens with both the ON and OFF striper. I appreciate a solution to this problem.
