IG Pool Rusty in through wall to skimmer

Wasn’t sure where to post this but wanted some opinions or advice on this before just calling up someone to pay money to fix.
Found some pieces of rusted concrete and found it was from the ceiling of the through wall where water drains to skimmer. The ceiling has been deteriorating and rusting, flaking off into skimmer. Assuming that’s where my metal stain problems were from.

Looks like they use an iron lintel above the skimmer opening and it's rusted through. Works fine for windows, but not pools.
