Identifying this leaf skimmer?

This is a well made leaf skimmer with what appear to be replaceable parts. I would like to repair it, but there's no branding anywhere on it. Our local supply store could not identify it. Does anyone know who made this one?

There are many replacements to choose from that will probably cost less then the parts you are looking for.
