Hi, my ichlor30 is showing a flo message on the screen. I read in a few places that it's easy to replace the censor on your own. I ordered from Amazon 2 replacements. None of them changed the screen back to normal. Is there a reset button I'm missing. Am I doing something wrong. Would love any input. Thank you.

Did you try a genuine Pentair flow switch assembly or a cheap clone?
iChlor Flow-Temperature Switch Replacement Kit (P/N 523100) has a black nut. The IntelliChlor flow switch replacement (P/N 520736) has a thicker grey nut that will not fit properly in the iChlor.

Thank you for responding, I actually bought a knock off while waiting for a real piece to show up. The amazon knockoffs come overnight, the real ones take over a week.
Also, the knockoffs now have the right size nut, everything fit, as if it was perfect. I guess I will wait patiently for the real one to come in.

The genuine pentair part came, I installed it, still the same message. Does that mean the whole piece needs to be replaced?
