Ichlor 30

So I had to replace my Ichlor 30 due to storm surge from Hurricane Ian. The one I had was only 3 months old and I ran it at 50% to keep the chlorine level around 5-10 PPM. The new one is is running at 25% and the chlorine is at 15 -20 ppm - should I continue to reduce the output to get back to acceptable levels or what might be going on?

Chlorine demand is different as the days get shorter.

Adjust the % down into the winter and then you will need to increase it in the Spring following the length of the days.
