IC60 & IntelliPH no longer working (5 months old) - Input?

Based on @Lake Placid's report, it seems all IC40 and IC60 owners with an IntellipH should perform fix #3 on day one after their warranty expires, to circumvent this issue from occurring. Or fix #1 if they want to be able to continue to use the connector to easily replace the IpH board. I would recommend fix #3, though, as that is the more robust fix.
