Iaqualink web popup won't connect

Iaqualink Web will not load completely on my laptop. Works on other devices, but not this one laptop. When I click on "Web" a box pops up with the iAqualink http address,etc. and the white rolling connection boxes are moving, but never gets to the settings and equipment icons. Contacted Zodiac who could not help me.

This has been going on for months with this one computer.
I have tried the following:
Three browsers
deleting cookies
making sure popups are allowed
Made their website a trusted site
disabled anti-virus

Same issue. Only thing I have found to fix it so far is reboot the controller at the junction box by flipping off the breaker for a min or two. Once it reboots it usually works for a few weeks before erroring out again. A number of people just gave up with the crappy reliability and connection problems and have run a lan cable to the box and dropped the wireless connection approach.

It's weird that it's only one computer/browser, because I can use other divides and it works. Like my mac address is being blocked or something on that one machine.
